"Booking process is fine but concerned that can then see having taken the money that booking to be confirmed while you get driver details etc. Should take a few hours and taken 5 so far and still not heard so queried and am told will get sorted. I need to be given suitable notice to have time to make alternative arrangements. Any time after 1pm tomorrow (1 hr 45 mins before booked time) will not b sufficient time & would then ned to be refunded in full immediately."
