"My taxi didn't turn up because the taxi firm hadn't seen the booking. After almost an hour of waiting (and missing the food for where I was due to go to) I cancelled the booking, both journeys.
I really hope I won't be charged for this.

"First time I have used service. All OK in the end but when I first checked with taxi firm appointed they had seemingly not heard of me!! A concern. To be fair his was sorted with a second call to you - and all OK in the end.
I left a tip direct with the driver - but might be good to
- be clear if the price charged is supposed to include a tip and, if not
- to be able to add a tip when booking.
(Makes recaliming on expenses easier!!)
